Description Contains Catnip herb (Nepeta cataria), Chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita),  Oat milkyseed (Avena sativa), Skullcap herb (Scutellaria lateriflora) Other Ingredients USP pharmaceutical grade glycerin, distilled water Suggested Use For insomnia, give 2 drops per 4 pounds of child’s body weight in the evening (ideally in Chamomile tea).  For general anxiety or irritability, give 1 drop per 3 pounds of child’s wieght 3 times per day ( e.g. 10 drops for a 30 pound child).  Mix in juice or water.
